The Service provides entertainment and digital interactions with fictional, AI-generated characters ("companions"). Users book a companion for a fixed period of time. This includes text-based chats, multimedia content and digital fantasy experiences intended for adults.

All content is fictional and AI-generated. No real person is behind the responses.

This Service is strictly for users aged 18 years or older. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement and are legally permitted to access adult content in your jurisdiction.

Access to explicit content additionally requires you to confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

The Service offers paid bookings. Each booking is a one-time purchase of a fixed period of time with a companion. There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges.

• Payments are processed through trusted third-party providers (e.g., Centrobill).
• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• You authorize the Service to charge your selected payment method for each booking you make.

Refunds: Since the Service provides instant digital content, no refunds will be granted once a session, interaction, or digital delivery begins, except where required by law. See the Refund & Delivery Policy.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to illegal activity, harassment, or attempts to compromise system security.

• You may not impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
• You may not request content involving minors, real persons, coercion or any illegal activity.
• Any inappropriate, harmful, or unlawful behavior may lead to immediate account termination.

All content available on rendezvoir.com, including but not limited to the following, is owned by or licensed to rendezvoir.com, unless otherwise stated:

• AI-generated text
• AI-generated images and videos
• Character design, prompts, and personality traits

License to Users: Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access AI-generated content for personal, private use only.

Prohibited Uses. Users may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or publish AI-generated content
• Use content for commercial purposes
• Use content to train, fine-tune, or develop competing AI models or services
• Claim ownership over AI-generated outputs

Unauthorized use may result in account termination and legal action.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted access, accuracy, or outcomes of any interactions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
