Dirty talk examples, from mild to bold
Dirty talk examples range from mild praise ("You look incredible right now") to bold instruction ("Don't move until I say so"). What makes a line bold is certainty, not crude vocabulary. Start at the mild end, watch the reaction, and agree beforehand which words are welcome.

How to use these examples
Treat these lines as patterns, not as a script. Read them, keep the three or four that sound like you, and change the wording until you could say them without wincing.
The steps are mild, warm, bold and teasing. Move up only when the step below is getting a good reaction. Plenty of people stay happily on the first two.
None of the examples uses a crude word. That is deliberate. Crude words are a matter of taste and easy to add if you both like them. The structure underneath, which is praise, wanting, instruction or teasing, is what makes a line work.
02
Mild: praise and noticing
Mild lines say what you see and what you like. They are safe to try with a new partner and impossible to get badly wrong.
Most of them would pass in a crowded restaurant if you said them quietly enough. That is part of their charm, and a good reason to begin the evening with one long before you get home.
- 1
You look incredible right now.
- 2
I love the way you look at me.
- 3
Come here. Closer than that.
- 4
I have been waiting all day to be this near you.
- 5
You have no idea what your voice does to me.
- 6
Stay right there. I want to look at you for a second.
- 7
That feels very good. Don't stop.
- 8
I like you like this.
- 9
You smell wonderful. I noticed it the moment you came in.
- 10
I could listen to you breathe like that all night.
03
Warm: wanting and anticipation
Warm lines add desire and a plan. They say what you want and what is coming, and they slow everything down.
- 1
I want you. I have wanted you since you walked in.
- 2
I'm going to take my time with you tonight.
- 3
Tell me what you want. Say it out loud.
- 4
I thought about this in the car, and again in the elevator.
- 5
Not yet. I'm enjoying this too much to hurry.
- 6
Say my name again, just like that.
- 7
You're making it very hard to be patient.
- 8
I know exactly what I'm going to do next. You'll have to wait and see.
- 9
I have been watching your mouth all through dinner.
- 10
Every time you do that, I forget what I was going to say.
04
Bold: instruction and certainty
Bold does not mean crude. It means you sound sure. These lines give orders or grant permission, and they work best in a quiet voice. Use them only with a partner who has told you they enjoy being led.
- 1
Look at me. Keep looking at me.
- 2
Don't move until I say so.
- 3
Hands above your head. Leave them there.
- 4
Ask me nicely.
- 5
You'll wait until I decide you've waited long enough.
- 6
Good. Now do exactly as I say.
- 7
Tonight you're mine. Say it back to me.
- 8
I'm in charge of the pace. All you have to do is follow.
- 9
Close your eyes. You'll open them when I tell you to.
- 10
You don't get to hurry me. Breathe, and wait.
05
Teasing: dry and mocking
Teasing is its own register, and it is not for everyone. It plays with mock disappointment and raised eyebrows. Agree on it first, and agree which subjects are off limits, because a tease about the wrong thing is simply an insult.
- 1
Oh, you're trying to be patient. That's sweet.
- 2
Was that your best effort at asking nicely? Try again.
- 3
You're blushing. I haven't even started.
- 4
I'd tell you what I'm thinking, but I doubt you could cope.
- 5
Look at you, pretending you're in control of this.
- 6
I had cleared the whole evening for you. Let's see whether you can fill it.
- 7
Is that the face you make when you're concentrating? Adorable.

Consent, limits and a safeword
Ask before you escalate. A simple trade works well: each of you names one kind of line you would love to hear and one word you never want to hear. Write the no-list down if it helps.
Use a safeword for the bold and teasing steps in particular. One agreed word, such as "red", ends the game at once. The person who was giving orders or teasing then drops the role and speaks kindly and plainly.
Agreement is not permanent. A line that was welcome last month may not be welcome tonight, after a hard day or an argument. Check the mood before you reach for the bold end of the scale, and take a quiet reaction as a reason to step back down.

Delivery, and checking in afterwards
How you say a line matters more than which line you choose. Speak lower, slower and closer than usual. One sentence followed by silence beats five sentences in a row.
Mix the steps. A bold instruction followed by a mild line of praise ("Don't move. Good. You look incredible like that") is warmer and more convincing than either on its own. Watch the reaction after each line. A sharp breath or a smile means go on. Stillness or a turned head means go back a step and ask.
Afterwards, say which lines you liked. After teasing or strict words, add the obvious out loud: that the harsh part was a game and you think the world of them. It takes ten seconds and it is the reason they will want to play again.

Try it with Kendra
On Rendezvoir, adults book an AI companion for a fixed time and pay once, with no subscription. You choose a level, Suggestive, Sensual or Explicit, and can lower it at any time. The safeword is one tap away.
Kendra works at the dry, teasing end of the scale, and she is strict about limits. "You tell me which words are off the table," she says. "I use all the others, accurately. And if you say the safeword, I stop being unkind in the same second. I'm cruel, not careless." She is an AI and a fictional adult character.
Questions
- What are some mild dirty talk examples?
- Try "You look incredible right now", "Come here, closer than that" or "I have been waiting all day to be this near you." Mild lines praise and notice. They suit a new partner and need no special vocabulary.
- What do you say to sound bold without being crude?
- Give a clear instruction in a quiet voice: "Look at me", "Don't move until I say so", "Ask me nicely." Boldness comes from certainty and from taking charge of the pace, not from the words themselves.
- Does dirty talk have to include swearing?
- No. Many people find swearing distracting or unpleasant. Praise, instruction and anticipation carry a scene perfectly well. If you both enjoy rougher words, agree on which ones first, since tastes differ widely.
- Is teasing or mocking dirty talk okay?
- Only when the other person has asked for it. Teasing is a mild form of humiliation play and needs a clear agreement, a list of subjects that stay off limits, a safeword and kind words afterwards.
A companion for this
Kendra teases dryly and precisely, asks first which words are off the table, and drops the role the second you use the safeword.

Sexting examples that are suggestive, not crude
Good sexting examples are suggestive rather than crude: they name a memory, a plan or a small instruction and leave the rest unsaid. A line such as "I have been thinking about your hands all day" does more than any blunt word. Use the examples below as patterns, and change the details so they could only be about one person.

Sexless marriage: what it means and what people do about it
A sexless marriage is one in which the couple has little or no sex over a long stretch, and at least one of them minds. It is common, it usually arrives gradually, and it says more about tiredness, resentment, health or habit than about love. Couples who change it almost always start by talking about it plainly, often with a counselor in the room.
